Leak Damage in Northwest London

Damage had occurred to the ceiling, flooring and shelving of the lounge which had been caused by a leak, originating from the attic of a neighbouring property. A variety of restoration techniques were used to reinstate this property back to its original pre-loss condition. The real wood flooring had been replaced like-for-like, along with plasterboard and a skim coat applied to the ceiling and walls. This was all applied to perfectly match the smooth finish on the original plaster, before subsequent redecoration. The shelving was made to a bespoke size and decorated to match the existing finish. Protection to the affected room and dust screens to adjoining rooms, were in place throughout the job, to ensure there was minimal disruption to the policyholder.
